I booked the session. Now what?
First things first, once your day and time is chosen, we'll sit down and have a 10-20 minute consultation. This gives us an idea of what you are wanting from the photoshoot and discuss any props/add-ons. After that, just be prepared the day of the shoot!
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Photos will be delivered as proofs within 1 week. From there, you will pick your favorite images (number of photos depends on package) and they will go through the final editing process. Final images will be delivered within 3 weeks from date of the session.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes! Memories are for everyone. A personal goal of ours is to make photography accessible. Payment plans are done on a custom basis as needed for clients. Please be aware that your session will not happen until the balance is paid in full. Payment plans cannot be taken for prints. Duration of payment plans range from 3 months to 10 months.
What happens if we have to reschedule?
We are more than understanding that things happen. As long as we are notified 3 days before the shoot, we can reschedule at no additional charge!
What should I bring?
Just yourself and your shining personality! Honestly, this will depend on the session. Have outfits prepared. Be sure tack used in images is clean and ready to go for any swapping out! Give your horse a good grooming beforehand. But don't worry about nicks or little things! Photoshop exists for a reason and minor retouches are included in all packages. If there are any props you are wanting in the portraits, be sure to have them handy!
Can I buy additional pictures or print releases?
Of course! Additional social media images start at 20$. High resolution images or print release will be priced on an individual basis that can be discussed at any time!
